I rented this this condo last year and was very comfortable.  It just has the bare essentials.  There are no extras, but if you’re OK with that, as I am, then it’s a great bargain for a place that is big, bright, and has one of the best views of any you will find here.

The very best thing about this apartment is the owner/landlord.  Whenever I have had a concern, he has addressed it immediately.  I recommend this apartment highly.
